FAQ
Can I request an early check in?
Yes, however we do not guarantee a check in prior to 4pm. If there is a clean room of the same room type available before 4pm we will be glad to let you check in early.
May I have a late check out?
Requests for late check outs are based day to day depending upon the day’s business, so you would have to inquire with the front desk the day of your departure.
Do you have rollaway beds and cribs?
Yes, cribs and rollaway beds are a request and cannot be guaranteed as we have a high demand for them, but we will do our best to honor your request. There is a $10 charge per night for a rollaway, cribs are free of charge.
May I request a certain floor level, room number, or certain side of the building?
Yes, we run a request report each morning and fulfill each request we can, but it is not a guarantee.
What is the difference between ocean view and oceanfront?
Here at Quality Inn Carolina Oceanfront our definition of ocean view is a room with a view that from the balcony window you actually see the ocean. That does not, however, insure beach and ocean view. Our property does front the ocean, so therefore we are an Outer Banks oceanfront property.
